Exchange & Return Policy
For Orders That Are Shipped To Singapore Address
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If any products bought from BUTLERSHOP did not arrive in good condition, are damaged, faulty, or are different from what you ordered, please let us know by emailing us at hello@getbutler.com. Do state the reason for return and include the invoice number of your order for tracking purposes.
BUTLERSHOP only accepts returns of unused and undamaged goods within 14 days of the date of your purchase. Once your return request by email is accepted, you may then proceed to return the goods to us.
For the return process, the product should be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, with its original packaging and tags/labels. BUTLERSHOP has the right to reject any return and exchange of goods if the customer did not meet the above stated requirements.
Do note that all items to be returned must include a tracking number by any courier of your choice. The customer is responsible for all costs incurred when returning the items.
We do not do return or exchange of items that are on sale and selected home essentials products once they are shipped/delivered unless there is a manufacturing defect.
